Guarantee (Comes with Online Purifiers Only): 12 Months from the date of Installation with Parts and Labour. Guaranty for consumables like Sediment filter, Carbon filter, UF membrane are for 6 months, as their life depend on use and raw water quality.

Three free Servicing during the Guarantee Period.

After 12 months (For Non AMC holder): Service Charge Tk. 600 per Call, Plus the Price of Spare Parts (If required).

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract): After 12 months Clients/ Customers can sign the AMC with us. The charge is Tk. 1000 per machine per year. Then customer will pay only the price of Spare Parts when required.

Consumable Parts: The Filters are the consumables. After 12 months of use one must change the filters of the machines. However, the life of the filters depends on the use and the quality of the raw water.
